Health Effects on Latinos: Radio interview with 1210am.

This was a great opportunity to help my latino community.  As a mexican american I grew up with a very rich cultures but struggled with the fact that latinos and blacks have very good chances for high blood pressure and other preventative health barriers. This was a grew opportunity to clear the air about what we can do and myths on dieting. It was an interview conducted in spanish with one of Seattle Spanish great radio stations. I love these ladies because they bring important topics and information to our latino community where there is a language barrier.  They also provide import resources to to the community on both ends.
