Bill Brown has trained with me in the past. This year is has decided to change his life. He has committed to intense training seven days a week. Six days with me and one on his own For a month we will be monitoring his success and challenges. You will be able relate and see some of those issues in your life, at any fitness level. Stay tuned!
Belly Dancing: 6:30pm on Monday, 12pm on Wednesday
Yoga: 7:45pm on Monday nights only
Abs/Core: 6:30pm on Tuesday and Thursday 25 mins (Free class)
Kickboxing/Conditioning and Martial Arts: 7pm-9pm on Tuesday and Thursday
Conditioning: 7pm on Wednesday and 9am on Saturday
$15 a class with punch card or $17 drop in classes, unless otherwise posted.
You don’t have to be a member to take the classes.
